Historic Return of FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship to Hyderabad

After a hiatus of 17 years, the FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship has made its triumphant return to the historic city of Hyderabad, renowned for hosting the iconic Charminar and Deccan Rallies. The ceremonial start of this momentous event took place on a Friday at 4 pm, with the honor of flagging off given to Anurag Sharma, IPS, Telangana’s first Director General of Police.

The heart-pounding competitive Special Stages, meticulously closed to regular traffic, are scheduled to unfold over the course of Saturday and Sunday. These stages, named JVR and Sanghi, promise to push the limits of both man and machine.

The JVR stage, spanning 12.30 kilometers, is set to challenge rally enthusiasts as it is run in the forward direction twice on Saturday. Meanwhile, the longer and more demanding Sanghi stage, measuring an impressive 30 kilometers, will present a unique challenge as it runs in the reverse direction once on Saturday and then twice in the forward direction on Sunday.
